TRUMP INDICTED AGAIN: The United States Of America v. Donald J.Trump

Former President Donald Trump has made History again. For the third time, he has been CHARGED with multiple Felonies. The case is "The United States Of America v. Donald J. Trump." 

The third indictment of Trump accuses him of illegally conspiring to overturn the 2020 election - a web of false claims of election fraud that spawned his supporters' Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

Trump faces four new federal criminal charges, which were unveiled Tuesday in a 45-page indictment. 

• COUNT 1 - 18 USC §371 Conspiracy to Defraud the United States.
• COUNT 2 - 18 USC §1512(k) Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding.
• COUNT 3 - 18 USC §§1512(c)(2),2 Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding.

• COUNT 4 - 18 USC §241 Conspiracy Against Rights.

Trump’s Superseding Indictment: More Classified Document Charges

The Special Prosecutor, Jack Smith, charged Donald Trump with additional crimes on Thursday and indicted another Trump employee.

Carlos De Oliveira, the Mar-a-Largo maintenance manager, is now charged in the case.

The charges relate to the Classified Documents case in Florida.

The Superseding Indictment includes allegations that the former President ordered his staff to erase close-circuit video files.

Trump is also charged with another violation of the Espionage Act.

THAT STORY DOCUMENTS THE PLANS. AND GIVES THOSE OF US WHO BELIEVE IN OUR REPUBLIC'S DEMOCRACY MANY GREAT REASONS TO VOTE.

The Fake or Phoney Elector's Scheme was attempted in seven States. They happened to be the States where Joe Biden won, and Trump narrowly lost.

Those States are Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.

The Scheme, hatched by Trump supporters in Washington, D.C., and those seven States, was to prepare fraudulent Electorial College Documents and Fake Electors.

For this Scam to work, members of Congress and Vice President Mike Pence would have to block the approval of Joe Biden's legal, genuine Electors and certify Trump's Phony Slate. 

That's how THE 2020 FAKE ELECTOR'S SCHEME  WAS SUPPOSED TO WORK. Thank goodness it did NOT work!

Two and a half years after the Jan. 6, 2021, Insurrection and attempted Coup, it looks like Indictments connected to the Fake Elector's Schemes are close.

TRUMP'S  LEGAL TROUBLES - A JULY UPDATE 

The list of legal troubles for the former, twice Impeached president continues to grow. Trump is expected to be indicted for the third time and charged with Federal Crimes in connection to the January 6, 2021, Insurrection.
In March, he was charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in New York State. These charges stem from alleged hush money payments to a porn star. 

Trump made history with those charges. An American ex-president was indicted for the first time in our nation's 234-year history.

Less than three months later, he was indicted again on 37 felony counts for mishandling classified documents.

Now Trump says he has received a Target Letter related to Jan. 6. An indictment usually follows. 

And the State of Georgia has been investigating Trump and dozens of his allies for election interference in that State. 

Two civil cases are pending; one seriously threatens Trump's business and family members.

SUPREME COURT WRAP UP - And Hope for Next Year!

The Tarnished United States Supreme Court is on Vacation, but before the gavel sounded for the last time until the first Monday in October, the Ultra, Conservative, Religious, and Righ-Wing, anti-women, anti-civil right Justices killed President Biden's Student Loan Forgiveness plan, they Set-Back Affirmative Action in Higher Education, they Blocked Water Rights for Native Americans and chipped away at Equal Justices and civil Rights for LGBTQ. They voted on a "Hypothetical Case" even though they refused to answer questions about Hypotheticals during confirmation hearings. And finally, they refuse to follow basic, fundamental Ethics Rules. Rules that every other Branch of Government is required to follow. 

But there is some hope I can offer. It comes from the Consititution, which established the Supreme Court, but it permits CONGRESS TO DECIDE HOW TO ORGANIZE IT.

The 6-3 ruling could drastically alter college admissions policies across the country.

Race-conscious admissions programs at Harvard and the University of North Carolina are unconstitutional, the Supreme Court ruled on Thursday, the latest decision by its conservative supermajority upending decades of jurisprudence on a contentious issue of American life.

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., writing for the 6-3 majority, said the two programs “unavoidably employ race in a negative manner” and “involve racial stereotyping,” in a manner that violates the Constitution.
